今天下午，黄校长聚集了我们和南通师范的实习生开了一个小型会议。虽说主题只是围绕如何制作好一份儿简报，但我真的很受益匪浅，至少说我以前在这方面的知识是空白的。

黄校长围绕我们的见实习，提出了他自己的建议。如樟园印迹、校园观察行等版块，并一一为我们阐述了他的设计理念。这让我意识到，简报的设计原来是如此的有学问。

另外，黄校长还用七句话给我们总结了出简报的准则。我在此特作摘抄，留作学习。刊头设计形成系列，统筹组稿适时装满，拟定标题变换字体，控制字数及时增减，统一版式疏密有致，图文并茂以文为主，书面校对复制有方等。

总之，出好一份简报是一门学问，而且还是门大学问。

更重要的是，从出简报这种说小不小、说大不大的事情看出。要做好教育这项事业，要修的学问有很多很多，而且还要修好他们。就说简报，需要你的设计观、你的统筹观、你的组织观，你的文学造诣等等。更直接一点儿，你对现代信息技术基本能力的掌握，都起着举足轻重的作用。

我明白了，当好一名教师，不需要你是一名专才，而需要你成为一名全才。以后，要努力的方向多了。
